M.A.S. Egypt has warehousing facilities and offers fulfillment, technical support and product management services to a number of International Top IT Vendors.

M.A.S Egypt markets the above mentioned products to business users all over Egypt through a variety of distribution channels, including computer retails, re-sellers and dealers.

The company’s sales staff is responsible for relationships with existing distributors and dealers and developing new retails and re-sellers channels.

M.A.S Egypt competes in the sales of all global products on the basis of several factors including high performance repair program, marketing
and access the retails, re-sellers and dealers channels, and customer service.

In-Store repair workflow :
When a machine comes in, it is checked into our service queue. In a maximum of 1 business day the technician will call the client with a full diagnosis. If the problem is completely covered by HP Warranty; no charges will be involved and the problem will be solved within 2 working days. If the problem is not
covered under warranty, the technician will give him a full repair estimate including parts and labor. If he declined the repair, he will take back his machine. If he approves the repair he will pay for parts, labor and the diagnostic fee is waived. Once the repair is completed he will be called to pick up his machine.

Whole replacement process :
We are exclusively offer the whole product replacement process during 14 days from purchasing date in case of presence of any manufacturing defects.
Spare parts :
All spare parts needed are available and in stock in our warehouses, otherwise it will be available within 5 working days.
